Undergraduate Systems Engineering Admissions

Thank you for your interest in Systems & Information Engineering.

If you are a first year student and would like to apply to the SIE Department, please complete a Major Declaration form this April and bring it to the SIE office in Olsson Hall Room 114 to be assigned an advisor. You must meet with your new advisor and have them sign your Major Declaration form before you can pick up your ISIS registration card from Thornton A-122 and register for classes. Please note that the department is capped at 100 students so if we receive more than 100 applicants the positions in the major will be determined by GPA.

If you are not a first year student and would like to apply to transfer to the SIE Department, please complete a Change in Course of Study form, which may be obtained in Thornton A-122. You must also complete this application. The SIE Undergraduate Studies Committee will meet to review all applications, admissions in this way are rolling.
