Biography:
Mr. Conklin received his Masters Degree from the University of Virginia's Department of Systems and Information Engineering in 2003. His graduate work focused on imputation techniques for missing data. After receiving his degree, he worked as a systems engineer for The Aerospace Corporation. While working in the Aerospace Industry, Mr. Conklin focused on enterprise architecture and long range planning for large scale ground and space systems. Currently, he is researching data mining techniques and their application to crime analysis and combatting terrorism.

Biography:
Luna Magpili received her PhD from the University of Virginia's Department of Systems and Information Engineering in 2003 with dissertation entitled "An Impact-Based Method for the Capacity Planning of Sanitation Services in Less Industrialized Countries". Her work involved groundwork and on-site immersions engaging actual systems at the Delaware Solid Waste Authority and even traveling abroad to study systems in Trinidad and Tobago and the Philippines.

Biography:
Jeff received his PhD from the University of Virginia's Department of Systems and Information Engineering in 2005 with dissertation entitled "A Standardized Performance Assessment and Evaluation Model for Community Water Systems". Jeff is registered as an professional civil engineer with the Commonwealth of Virginia. He is currently conducting groundwater assessment research with Prof. Garrick E. Louis through a locally funded multi-year grant.

Biography:
Jianping Wang received his PhD from Peking University, China, in 2000 with dissertation entitled "Explores on HPF Parallel Compiling Technology and Data-based Parallel Computing Module". He worked in Multimedia Networking Group of Computer Science Department of UVA for five years before joining System Technology Integration Laboratory (STIL) of Systems and Information Engineering Department of UVA in 2005. He is currently doing research on reconfigurable system technology.
