Dr. Davis joined the faculty in 2005. After receiving her B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University, she worked as an industrial engineer for Federal Express. She subsequently received a Master's in Industrial Engineering from the University of Houston and a Ph.D. in Statistics from Rice University.

Research Interests:

• evolving structure in multivariate time series
• multivariate time series analysis with multiple data types
• nonlinear time series
• outlier detection in spatiotemporal data

The areas of application for my research interests include computational finance and environmental monitoring.
