The Coordinated Systems Research Group (CSRG) in the Department of Systems and Information Engineering at the University of Virginia is led by Professors Peter A. Beling, Alfredo Garcia, and Stephen D. Patek. The group focuses on issues of coordination in large-scale decentralized engineering systems. We seek to develop theory and algorithmic solutions for achieving coordination with limited communication and without the benefit of predefined protocols.
